Who we are

At RCP Parking Ltd we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of customers and others visiting our website, and complying with registered users' contact preferences. We adopt best industry practice to ensure the security and integrity of customer data is upheld. Customer data is not sold or distributed to any other parties, with exception of any unpaid Parking Charge Notice over 28 days old, which are referred to RCP Parking Ltd’s appointed debt recovery agency (TNC Management Ltd).  Customer data is restricted to each registered account and secured using unique user logon/email address and password combination. The entire site experience is secured by TLS 1.2 128bit security certificate to ensure secure data transmission from each customer to our website. RCP Parking Ltd does not store Payment Card Information. For the payment process we utilise the secure integration of an appointed payment gateway provider (First Data Corp.). This policy exists to provide transparency to our customers as to how their data is collected, stored, secured, processed and shared.


Types of data we collect

We have adopted the use of “Location Services” which each user can allow or deny access to via their browser settings. This location data is used ONLY to identify car parks within a close vicinity to a user's location and is not captured or retained in any way to track a user's location.

RCP Parking Ltd uses Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.


Mailing lists

Registered users of are required to “opt-in” to marketing in order to be contacted by RCP Parking Ltd in relation to any marketing or competitions. Registered users can only opt-in via a tick box at the bottom of the page within My Account, Edit Tab. Where users have opted-in, this information is shared with Mailchimp to be used to generate e-newsletters and/or promotional offers. For more information see


Ticketing data

When a customer purchases a parking period, future booking or season pass, or pays a parking charge notice, an email receipt will be sent to the customer and a record of this transaction will be retained by RCP Parking Ltd. This record contains vehicle registration number, date, time, parking or violation location, and amount. Payment information is retained solely by the payment gateway provider. Its retention is required for reference in the event of customer queries or disputes. This data is not sold to or shared with any unspecified source as outlined in this policy.


Third parties

PCN or Parking Charge Notices

PCNs that have expired their 28 days’ notice period are referred to RCP Parking Ltd's appointed debt collection partner, TNC Management Ltd

Information is referred to TNC Management Ltd For the purposes of debt recovery. TNC Management Ltd is licensed by the DVLA to obtain the name and address of the registered keeper relating to any vehicle registration RCP Parking Ltd has shared with them in the event of an expired parking violation.

  • Photographic Evidence
  • Time and Date
  • Make and Model
  • Reason for Issue
  • Violation Location

 Card Payments

Card payments taken through the RCP Parking Ltd website are taken using a payment gateway API (Application Programming Interface) via the provider First Data Corporation.

Customer card information cannot be accessed by RCP Parking Ltd.

The payment process is handled entirely by the payment gateway service therefore the only information shared is a corresponding approval code to verify the payment was successful and the record for parking can be validated on RCP Parking Ltd website. This information is sent from First Data Corp. to RCP Parking Ltd.


Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. If you are a registered RCP Parking Ltd website user you can edit your own personal information. However if you have any other enquiries please email your request to our data privacy officer,
